If you need to move things around, just let us know at least 7 days in advance (60 days for weddings) to keep your deposit secure. For our wedding clients, please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable.
Regarding your photos, we’ll send over a preview folder for you to choose your favorites. We don't provide raw unedited files, as we want your final gallery to be perfect! You’ll receive your beautifully retouched images within 7 business days (20 business days for weddings) of your final selection.
